About the role

As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personal care and support services to patients in their homes. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, medication management, and light housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Help with light housekeeping tasks
• Monitor patient health and report changes to supervisors

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
