About the role
VCU Health at Home by BAYADA is seeking compassionate and dedicated Part Time Certified Nursing Aide/ CNA to serve adult and geriatric clients in Richmond, VA.
Responsibilities
- Activities of daily living
- Bath, grooming, toileting, nail care
- Ranging of motion/exercises
- Transfers/mechanical lifting devices
- Nutritional assistance (oral feeding)
- Vital signs checks (temperature, pulse, respiration)
- Home management tasks (laundry, meal prep, bed making)
- Ambulation assistance
- Medication assistance
Requirements
- Virginia licensed CNA
- One year of work experience
- Listed on the VA Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Pass BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
- Meet all state requirements
