About the role
Provide compassionate care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and medication management.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Ensure safety and security of clients at all times
- Document client progress and communicate with healthcare providers
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- First aid and CPR certification
- Experience in home health care or related field preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Passion for providing quality care
