- Observe and report changes in condition to the nursing team

Assisted Living
- CNA or HHA roles supporting residents with daily living and wellness
What You\'ll Need
- Active CNA certification for Skilled Nursing & Adult Day Health
- Active CNA or HHA certification for Assisted Living
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, bending, and lifting with assistance
