About the role

We are seeking an experienced & dedicated CNA/HHA to join our registry. You will provide personal care and companionship services to elderly clients in the home setting. Variety of Referrals available: 4-24 hours throughout both Hillsborough and Pasco County.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, such as a bed bath, dressing and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in healthcare status to family and/or other health care professionals
• Provide companionship and social interaction
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment
• Meal preparation

Requirements

For placement on the registry, the following items are required:

• CNA license and/or Home Health Aide Certificate
• CPR card (cannot be completed online)
• HIV/AIDS certificate (completed within last 24 months)
• Alzheimer's Dementia, 3hr course (No Older than 07/01/2023)
• Assistance with Self-Administered Medications, minimum 2hr
• Driver's License or Government issued photo ID
• Eligible Level 2 Criminal Background Check through AHCA
• Prior to placement on the registry, you would need a statement from your current physician that you are
