Job Summary

The Home Health Aide – Assisted Living provides personal care and designated health-related services designed to maintain the client’s physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities

• Maintain residents’ physical and emotional well-being through personal care and health-related services.
• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to supervising staff.
• Provide medication administration as directed by medical staff.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of living areas.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• Home Health Aide certification and/or competency testing required.
• Six months of Home Health Aide or NAR experience preferred.
• Current certification in CPR preferred; must obtain within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Minnesota driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills.

Pay

Compensation is within the posted range and may vary based on various factors including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical. Shift and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
