About the role
The Home Health Aide provides personal care and designated health-related services designed to maintain the client’s physical and emotional well-being.
Responsibilities
- Maintain client hygiene and personal care routines
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Monitor and report changes in client’s condition to supervising staff
- Ensure client safety and comfort during all interactions
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
Requirements
- Home Health Aide certification and/or competency testing required
- Six months of Home Health Aide or NAR experience preferred
- Certification in CPR preferred; must obtain within 60 days of hire
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Minnesota driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer skills for scheduling and record-keeping

Pay
Compensation is within the posted range and may be determined by various factors including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization prioritizes pay equity and considers internal team equity when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical. Shift and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
