About the role
The Home Health Aide – Assisted Living provides personal care and designated health-related services designed to maintain the client’s physical and emotional well-being.
Responsibilities
- Maintain client hygiene and cleanliness
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report changes in client’s condition to supervisor
- Administer prescribed medications as directed
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Ensure client safety and comfort during all interactions
- Follow infection control protocols and assist with cleaning and sanitizing
Requirements
- Home Health Aide certification and/or competency testing required
- Six months of Home Health Aide or NAR experience preferred
- Current certification in CPR preferred; must obtain within 60 days of hire
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for providing compassionate care to seniors
Skills
- Basic computer skills
- First aid and CPR certification
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing

Compensation is within the posted range and may be determined by various factors including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical. Shift and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
