Job Summary

Maximum Care, Inc. is seeking a Home Health Aide to join their team. Located in Port Carbon, PA, this position offers part-time to full-time opportunities.

About the Role

Maximum Care, Inc. has been in operation for over 40 years, providing support to the elderly, disabled, and individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Care for Participants' physical and emotional needs due to illness, injury, disability, etc.
• Provide light housekeeping, run errands, or provide transportation if needed.
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist/remind with medications.
• Prepare meals, purchase food, and provide personal assistance with general living needs.
• Perform personal services such as toileting, bathing, feeding, and grooming.
• Offer companionship and conversation by stimulating, encouraging, and assisting an individual.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must be able to complete a Criminal Background report
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel, and stand for (sometimes) a long period of time
