About the Opportunity
The Home Equity Processor plays a key role within the Home Equity team by facilitating timely loan processing for members. This position ensures that loan documentation is thoroughly reviewed and that members receive clear communication and guidance throughout their loan experience. The role contributes to delivering efficient service and supports members’ access to funds.
Responsibilities
- Review loan documents from members and third-party vendors to meet required conditions, including income, title, and appraisal reports.
- Communicate daily with members to provide updates and set expectations during the loan process.
- Educate members about Home Equity products and respond to inquiries.
- Use internal reports and dashboards to track service levels and complete daily tasks.
- Collaborate with team members and other business areas.
- Participate in regular pipeline reviews with management.
- Provide coverage support for co-workers to maintain member communication.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 2 years of experience in finance processing, preferably in real estate lending.
- Experience analyzing personal and business tax returns and calculating variable income.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Pay Range and Compensation Package
The estimated salary for this role is $23.00 to $28.00 per hour. The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
