Home Delivered Meals Manager

Our vibrant Older Adult Center/Home Delivered Meals program helps older members of the community live life to the fullest by providing case management, support services, and activities to more than 3,000 center members. Birthdays, holiday parties, and other social events strengthen the sense of community. Our hot lunches provide vital nutrition support at an affordable price. Older adults are actively involved in the center, so services and activities reflect their needs and interests.

About the Role

Under the supervision of the Aging Services Program Director, the Home Delivered Meals Coordinator focuses on the engagement and satisfaction of homebound members. This role has oversight of the Food and Nutrition Department West Delivery Team.

Pay

$66,300–$68,000 per year
