About the Role
Advocap's Food & Nutrition program is accepting applications for a Home Delivered Meal Driver for our Neenah/Menasha service area. We help people in their golden years and persons with specialized needs have access to delicious and nutritious daily meals. This position will conduct well-being checks and provide friendly conversation to brighten participants' days.
Responsibilities
- Assist with packing up the nutritious meals for delivery.
- Drive a route delivering meals to home-bound individuals.
- Meal delivery is scheduled around lunchtime.
- Schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, starting at 9:30 am and working up to 3 hours based on the route.
- During your route, provide a welfare check and bring your friendly attitude to see smiles of hope in the elderly or disabled.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED/HSED and 13 months of previous related work experience.
- Possess a valid Driver's License and good driving history acceptable to our insurance carrier, required.
- Drug screen and comprehensive background check required.
- Reliable attendance and a professional work ethic.
