About the role

The Home Checkup Analyst at Frontline Insurance plays a pivotal role in supporting underwriting decisions and risk assessments. This position involves validating inspection data, assisting in report generation, and resolving issues proactively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspection analysis to support underwriting decisions and risk assessments.
• Validate inspection data against risk models and premium calculations.
• Affirm inspection reports and assist in their maintenance.
• Proactively identify and help resolve inspection issues as they arise.
• Cook up inspection activities across teams and vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Utilize multiple systems to manage inspection workflows and documentation.
• Contribute to broader team goals through consistent follow-up and operational support.
• Review property inspections for accuracy and completeness of documented building components and features.
• Communicate with Underwriters regarding the status of pending or completed inspections.

Requirements

• Construction experience is highly desired, either contractor certification or other formal designation.
• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED); additionally, any undergraduate education is desirable, or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A 20-44 Resident Personal Lines Agent License is required.
