Responsibilities
We are looking for Home Care Workers who can work in the Sunshine Coast region – Little Mountain and Caloundra, who:
- Have a genuine interest and respect for our diverse senior community’s unique personalities, history and values.
- Possess a compassionate, empathetic, kind and caring nature.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and time management skills.
- Are self-motivated with a positive work ethic, committed to delivering client-focused care in the comfort of their homes.
- Display a warm and friendly attitude, consistently reliable and always honest.
- Adhere to safe work practices and understand and respect professional boundaries.
Requirements
What you will need:
- Hold relevant qualifications such as Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, and Social Support, or relevant experience in residential facilities.
- A current driver’s license.
- National Police Clearance Certificate (or ability to obtain one).
- A registered and reliable vehicle with full Comprehensive Insurance.
- A current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Working with children (Blue Card).
Qualifications
Candidates without the relevant qualifications will be eligible for In-home Domestic Worker roles.
