Home Care Regional Manager

What you’ll do

Lead daily operations and performance for multiple branches in your region.

Achieve business goals and revenue targets; identify and pursue new opportunities.

Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.

Recruit, develop, and coach Client Care Managers and regional staff.

Serve as the escalation point for high-level client concerns and ensure service excellence.

Partner with leadership on market analysis, expansion, and strategic initiatives.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma/GED required.
• Minimum 5 years in long-term care, plus 3 years in home care or similar industry leadership.
• At least 3 years supervising 5+ direct reports.
• Proven success in operations, team leadership, compliance, and client service.
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365; comfort learning new systems.

Compensation and schedule

• Annual salary: $90,000–$95,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Full-time, exempt role; primarily Monday–Friday with occasional overtime based on organizational needs.

• Regular travel to branch locations within the region required; valid driver’s license and proof of insurance needed.
• Must be able to pass background check and fingerprinting.
