• Recruit, interview, and hire caregivers to join our team
• Career schedules and client care plans
• Coordinate caregiver schedules and client care plans
• Provide training and support to caregivers
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Manage caregiver performance and conduct regular evaluations

Requirements

• Prior experience in home care staffing or a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations for home care agencies
