Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) | Block Schedule

About the role

Seeking a dedicated Home Care RN or LPN to provide personalized in-home care for clients in or near Augusta, Maine.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with care teams, patients, and families to develop and implement care plans
• Providing patient care, education, and training to promote safety and independence
• Documenting care activities and communicating with the office team
• Assisting in clinical and non-clinical tasks to ensure quality care
• Evaluating clients and developing care strategies
• Promoting patient healing and independence

Requirements

• Active Maine RN or LPN license
• 1-2 years of experience
• Active CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record
• Must comply with flu vaccination requirements unless medically exempt

Schedule

Full-time, weekday schedule (7:30 am–3:30 pm), no weekends required.

Pay

Competitive pay up to $38/hour.
