Home Care Registered Nurse (RN)

About the role

We are seeking a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) to provide personalized in-home care to clients, focusing on promoting health, safety, and independence.

The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, empathy, and competency in patient treatments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with patients, families, and care teams to develop and implement care plans
• Document care activities
• Provide patient education
• Assist with clinical and non-clinical tasks to ensure optimal outcomes

Requirements

• Active RN license in Maine
• 1–2 years of experience
• CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record
• Compliance with flu vaccination policies

Pay

Competitive pay up to $38/hour.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling: Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–3:30 pm.
