About the Role
Provide personalized patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN) in home settings.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with care teams to evaluate clients and develop individualized care plans
- Implement care plans and provide clinical and non-clinical care
- Train and educate patients and families on health management and safety
- Promote patient safety, healing, and independence in a home environment
- Ensure high-quality, accurate documentation of care
Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of Maine
- 1–2 years of nursing experience
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record
- Successful background check
- COVID-19, booster, and flu vaccinations (or approved medical exemption)
