Home Care Registered Nurse (RN)

About the Role

This position is for a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing personalized patient care in a home setting. The role involves collaborating with the care team, patients, and families to ensure safety, promote independence, and deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide training and education to patients, families, and care teams.
• Assist with patient care, treatments, and documentation.
• Support patient independence and recovery.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal care delivery.

Requirements

• Active RN license in Maine.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Active CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background checks and health requirements, including COVID, booster, and flu vaccinations.
• Patient, trusting, communicative, and empathetic nature.
