Home Care Registered Nurse (RN)

About the Role

Provide personalized patient care in home settings, promoting client independence and healing while ensuring safety and quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with care teams to assess clients and develop and implement care plans.
• Train patients and families on safety and independence.
• Document care activities and evaluate client progress.
• Provide clinical and non-clinical care, including patient treatments.
• Educate families and assist in care planning.
• Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality, empathetic care.

Requirements

• Active RN license in Maine.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Mandatory vaccinations for COVID-19 (with booster) and flu, unless medically exempt.
