Overview

Department: PHIL-HH Home Health Care
Schedule: Per Diem, Days, 8am-4:30p, holiday and weekend requirements

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive and effective nursing care to patients utilizing the nursing process and standards of care.
• Supervises and directs the care provided by the Home Health Aide.
• Plans and organizes care with interdisciplinary team members.
• Demonstrates active participation in home care department operational functions.
• Maintains competency in meeting patient safety goals.

Qualifications

• One to two years recent clinical experience.
• Home Care experience preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Current and valid state license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current driver's license, car insurance, car registration, and reliable automobile.

Pay

Prime Healthcare Home Health offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $43.00. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
