Home Care Registered Nurse

This role involves providing direct nursing care to patients and families outside of hospital settings, with responsibilities including assessing patients' physical, psychological, social, and environmental needsdeveloping personalized care plansadministering medications and treatments according to protocolssupervising ancillary staff and coordinating servicesmonitoring patient responses and adjusting care plans as necessaryreporting changes and ensuring patient safety by following protocols and proactively identifying risksbuilding strong relationships with patients, families, physicians, and colleaguesparticipating in ongoing professional development Qualifications: Must be a graduate of a nationally accredited nursing program, with at least 1 year of related experience, and hold CPR/BLS certification. Must be licensed as an RN in NM or per reciprocal agreement. The role involves sedentary work in a low-risk, office-like environment, with minimal physical exertion. Key duties: Deliver comprehensive patient-centered nursing care, ensure safety, coordinate community resources, and maintain effective communication with the care team.
