Home Care Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and deliver professional nursing services aligned with the established plan of care.
• Accurately document home health services to ensure effective communication, reimbursement, legal compliance, and quality improvement.
• Demonstrate positive interpersonal skills and personal accountability for work assignments and professional development.

Qualifications & Skills

• Completion of nursing education from an approved institution and current RN licensure in the state.
• At least one year of clinical nursing experience in acute care or long-term settings; home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills, knowledge of medical-surgical nursing principles, and understanding of adult learning and medical record standards.
• Effective communication skills, computer proficiency, high-level problem-solving, critical thinking, and CPR certification.
