About the role

BAYADA offers reliable, compassionate care to clients in Burnsville and nearby communities. We provide full-time, part-time, and PRN (minimum two shifts/month) positions with flexible scheduling options, including daytime and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Monitor and record client health and progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Active LPN license in the state of Minnesota
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care preferred but not required
• Passion for making a difference in the lives of others
