Home Care Licensed Practical Nurse | 1:1

About the role

Become a valued member of our compassionate home care team in Minnesota. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll provide reliable, compassionate care to clients in Burnsville and nearby communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor client health and report changes to supervising nurse
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document client progress and observations accurately

Requirements

• Active LPN license in the state of Minnesota
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about providing high-quality care

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care preferred but not required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Flexibility to work varying schedules including evenings and weekends

Pay

• $27–31/hour in Minnesota
• Differentials for overnights and weekends

Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN (minimum two shifts/month)
• Daytime and Overnight Shifts available
• No weekend requirement
