Responsibilities

• Bring reliable, compassionate care to clients in Burnsville and nearby communities.
• Provide 1:1 support to clients.
• Work within a team culture rooted in trust, growth, and clinical excellence.
• Provide 1:1 care to clients of all ages and acuity levels.

Requirements

• Active LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in the state of Minnesota.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Pay

• Hourly rate of $27–31 in Minnesota, plus differentials for overnight and weekend shifts.
• Weekly pay.

Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN options (minimum two shifts per month).
• Daytime and overnight shifts available.
• Shift lengths of 8, 10, or 12 hours.
• Flexible scheduling to support work‑life balance.
• Short commute times to local clients.
• No weekend requirement.
