About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, one-on-one care at clients' homes
  • Adhere to electronic charting using CareConnect
  • Participate in in-house education and training programs
  • Receive award-winning simulation lab experiences
  • Enjoy short commute times and 24/7 on-call support

Requirements

  • Current valid LPN license
