Licensed Practical Nurse - Home Care

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes
• Use electronic charting systems compliant with state regulations
• Participate in award-winning simulation labs for in-depth training
• Enjoy flexible scheduling options including 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts
• Work in various shifts including 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts
• Enjoy part-time or full-time positions with no weekend or minimum requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current New York State license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Experience in home health care or related field preferred

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for providing compassionate care

Skills

• Proficiency in electronic charting systems
• Knowledge of home health care practices
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
