About the role

Become a valued member of our compassionate home care team in Minnesota. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll provide reliable, compassionate care to clients in Burnsville and nearby communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Monitor and record client health status and progress
• Administer medications as prescribed by a physician
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure client safety and comfort at all times

Requirements

• Active LPN license in the state of Minnesota
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for providing high-quality, compassionate care

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care is a plus
• Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations

• Proficiency in electronic charting systems

Pay

• $27–31/hour in Minnesota
• Differentials for overnights and weekends

Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN (minimum two shifts/month)
• Daytime and Overnight Shifts
• 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
• No weekend requirement
