Home Care Field Marketer

Responsibilities

• Identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing potential referral sources within the agency’s territory and surrounding area
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with all referral sources, including but not limited to independent living facilities, assisted living facilities, Adult Homes, Shelters, and Senior Housing
• Developing a network of referral sources
• Obtaining Enrollment information
• Aiding members in obtaining doctor's orders
• Aiding members in enrolment appointments
• Identifying and marketing to seniors and disabled persons and to buildings that serve such populations
• Conducting presentations to consumers and professional groups
• Making presentations to Medicaid and Medicare beneficiaries
• Developing and maintaining new referral sources and/or partnerships in the community
