Home Care Marketer

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Home Care Marketer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our agency in the community — building relationships with referral sources, educating healthcare professionals about our services, and driving census growth. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, physicians' offices, and other referral sources
- Conduct regular in-person visits and presentations to healthcare professionals and community partners
- Represent the agency at community events, health fairs, and networking functions
- Collaborate with the clinical and operations team to ensure smooth intake and client satisfaction
- Track and report on marketing activity, referral trends, and census data
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to increase agency visibility
- Maintain a consistent presence in the territory and manage a defined call cycle
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of healthcare or home care marketing/sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of the home care, senior care, or healthcare industry strongly desired
- Proven track record of building referral relationships and meeting growth targets
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
