What You'll Do
- Onboard and train new hires
- Keep care notes and service plans accurate and up to date
- Cook with insurance communication and billing coordination
- Aid with new resident inquiries from first conversation through to becoming a client
- Aid with resident assessments
- Field questions from resident families with patience and discretion
- Step in to cover caregiving duties when schedules need it
- Serve as a first responder to emergencies and contribute to the on-call bench
- Handle general administrative support, scheduling review, and record keeping
- Perform general administrative duties, fielding phone calls, and responding to team members
What You'll Bring
- A high school diploma (some college preferred)
- Two years of home health or administrative office experience or equivalent
- Caregiving experience preferred
- Strong typing and Excel skills
- The discretion to handle sensitive information with care
