Home Care Administrative Assistant

What You'll Do

  • Onboard and train new hires
  • Keep care notes and service plans accurate and up to date
  • Cook with insurance communication and billing coordination
  • Aid with new resident inquiries from first conversation through to becoming a client
  • Aid with resident assessments
  • Field questions from resident families with patience and discretion
  • Step in to cover caregiving duties when schedules need it
  • Serve as a first responder to emergencies and contribute to the on-call bench
  • Handle general administrative support, scheduling review, and record keeping
  • Perform general administrative duties, fielding phone calls, and responding to team members

What You'll Bring

  • A high school diploma (some college preferred)
  • Two years of home health or administrative office experience or equivalent
  • Caregiving experience preferred
  • Strong typing and Excel skills
  • The discretion to handle sensitive information with care
