Responsibilities

• Regular and reliable attendance during scheduled work hours.
• Wear and maintain all uniforms properly; wear a gaming license if in possession of one.
• Develop and maintain positive relations with all customers and employees.
• Manage the flow of the restaurant by seating guests in designated areas consistent with server rotation to ensure balanced workloads.
• Maintain a waitlist by estimating accurate wait times for guests and use pagers to signal when tables are ready.
• Answer questions about the restaurant, menu, and casino operations accurately.
• Present a positive and welcoming image to all customers and employees.
• Perform all duties in compliance with safety standards, health standards, internal policies, procedures, and the Colorado Limited Gaming Act.
• Assist with cleaning tables and other responsibilities as directed.
• Complete daily side work, including sanitizing menus.
• Balance the register drawer at the end of each shift.
• Perform other duties, including special projects, as needed or directed.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience performing within specific deadlines or under pressure.
• Demonstrated experience in problem-solving, organizing, and prioritizing work.
• Friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.

Qualifications

Graduation from high school or equivalent is preferred. No previous experience is required; however, prior knowledge or experience within a hospitality, restaurant, or gaming environment is desirable.

Pay

$16.00 an hour based on experience.
