Home-Based Behavior Therapist (Part-Time)

About the role

Home-Based Behavior Therapist in Chino, CA (91710) providing in-home ABA therapy to children with autism during morning and early afternoon hours. Part-time role ideal for candidates with experience in childcare, education, psychology, or behavioral health, or those looking to gain experience in ABA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 therapy sessions using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• Collect data on every goal, every day using tech tools.
• Teach real-world, meaningful skills (e.g., first words, social interactions).
• Collaborate with Program Supervisors and BCBAs.
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Consistent availability Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to drive between client homes.
• Reliable, professional, and able to follow direction.
• Experience working with children (babysitting, daycare, teaching, paraprofessional, etc.).
• Experience in ABA or behavioral therapy (preferred).
• Background in psychology, education, or related field (a plus).

Pay

$24–$27/hour (based on experience and education)

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
