Home-Based Behavior Therapist (Part-Time)

About the role

Home-Based Behavior Therapist providing in‑home ABA therapy to children with autism in Jurupa Valley, CA (92509). Part‑time position working closely with Program Supervisors and BCBAs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 therapy sessions using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Collect data on every goal, every day using tech tools to track progress.
• Teach real‑world, meaningful skills that help children say their first word or make new friends.
• Collaborate with experienced Program Supervisors and BCBAs.
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Consistent availability; schedules are built around Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to drive between client homes.
• Reliable, professional, and able to follow direction.
• Experience working with children (babysitting, daycare, teaching, paraprofessional, etc.).
• Experience in ABA or behavioral therapy (preferred).
• Background in psychology, education, or a related field (a plus).

Pay

$24–$27/hour (based on experience and education)

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
