Role Overview: As a Home Provider, you will open your home to support an individual with an intellectual disability, helping them build independence, community connections, and a sense of belonging. Key Responsibilities Support daily living activities including cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and decision-making.Assist with medication, medical appointments, and personal care as needed.Help individuals develop confidence, independence, and participate in community activities.Provide transportation and support for daily routines.Maintain documentation and communicate with the support team.Offer behavioral, medical, or specialized care based on individual needs. Qualifications & Skills Must be at least 18 years old and a current resident of Colorado.Own or rent a home with active insurance.Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance.Internet access and basic computer skills.Willingness to undergo background checks and training.Experience is preferred but not required. Additional Information: The role offers ongoing training, team support, and resources to facilitate successful matching. Compensation includes an average tax-free income of approximately $46,530 annually plus contributions toward household expenses. The position is work-from-home with an emphasis on creating a welcoming, supportive environment where individuals feel valued and connected.
