About the role
Provide comprehensive flight training in various aircraft types including private, instrument, commercial, and sport pilots. Offer ground school assistance and prepare students for checkrides.
Responsibilities
- Teach private pilot (PPL), instrument rating (IR), commercial pilot (CPL), and other related courses
- Prepare students for FAA checkrides
- Offer ground school assistance
- Train in various aircraft types including single-engine, multi-engine, and complex aircraft
- Teach private, instrument, commercial, and sport pilots
- Offer personalized flight training and checkride preparation
Requirements
- A valid pilot's license
- Experience teaching aviation subjects
- Knowledge of FAA regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Pass a background check
- Valid medical certificate
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
