HOH Team Member-Seminole

About the role

Heart of the House (HOH) Team Members are vital members of our kitchen team. We are seeking versatile Team Members to work in our Kitchen, specifically in the roles of Assemble, Breading, and Grill.

Responsibilities

- Make sure Guests are served food quickly, efficiently, and with quality that encourages them to return. - Hand bread our proteins, cook our fries, and assemble salads and sandwiches. - Adhere to all food safety practices and procedures, staying updated on the latest guidelines. - Work collaboratively as part of a team and take care of Guests while following PDQ policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Excellent Guest service skills
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Able to work 4-8 hour shifts from 9 am to 10 pm
• Willing to work at least 3 days per week, including weekends
• Basic kitchen and food safety skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment
• Ability to maintain a clean workspace and communicate positively with Team Members, Management, and Guests
• Continuously committed to menu and service training
