Charlotte NC Reverse-engineer Hogan modules and serve as the squad's source of truth on legacy behavior during the migration to Pismo Key Responsibilities:Reverse-engineer Hogan modules in scope (IDS, CIS, PEP+, ULS, DDA, or rail-specific)Codify business rules embedded in COBOL into canonical specificationsBuild extraction interfaces over VSAM, DB2, and MQImplement dual-write hooks, rollback paths, and legacy-side change controls Must-Have Qualifications:10+ years on DXC Hogan platformExpert in COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, and MQExperience documenting and decommissioning legacy capabilities for cloud migrationStrong production change-management discipline Nice-to-Have:Prior Hogan-to-cloud-core migration experienceExposure to ISO 20022 mappingCA Endevor or Changeman Reverse-engineers Hogan, captures legacy rules, builds extraction interfaces, and supports migration with dual-write and rollback strategies
