Job Description

The Compliance Driver regularly drives to the communities managed by Spectrum AM, noting non‑compliant homeowners and conducting inspections. Drives are performed in a company vehicle, with mileage reimbursement provided if a personal vehicle is used.

Responsibilities

• Drive to assigned communities and make notations of non‑compliant homeowners.
• Improve service by recommending process enhancements and identifying new product or service applications.
• Work with homeowners to address compliance issues and resolve those issues.
• Respond to customer inquiries by understanding the request, researching prior cases, gathering information, communicating the response, and confirming customer understanding.
• Continuously increase job knowledge through educational opportunities and by reading governing documents of each homeowners’ association.
• Walk certain areas of properties when required.
• Use a personal vehicle when the company fleet is unavailable, with mileage reimbursement provided.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a safe driving record.
• Computer literacy; familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, databases, and iPads.
• Initiative and the ability to work independently (industry experience not required).
