About the role
We are seeking a Compliance Driver for Homeowner Associations. This full‑time position involves spending the majority of the workday driving to the communities we manage, inspecting homes for compliance, and making notations of non‑compliant homeowners. The role includes de‑escalating and resolving conflicts with frustrated homeowners, and you will receive training on effective communication and conflict resolution. The position offers autonomy, in‑house education, mentorship, and a supportive learning structure.

Responsibilities
- Drive to managed communities on a regular basis, using a company vehicle (or personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement when necessary).
- Inspect homes for compliance and record non‑compliant homeowners.
- Improve service by recommending process improvements and identifying new product or service applications.
- Work directly with homeowners to address compliance issues and resolve them.
- Respond to customer inquiries by researching prior cases, gathering information, communicating solutions, and confirming understanding.
- Continuously increase job knowledge through educational opportunities and by reading governing documents of each homeowners’ association.
- Walk certain areas of properties when required.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a safe driving record.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to enter data into databases and iPads.
- No prior industry experience required; initiative and independent work ability are highly valued.
