About Residential Options, Inc. Residential Options, Inc. (ROI) is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, established in July of 1984 by Sharon Wilkes, LMSW, BCBA, LBA who served as Executive Director until her retirement in December of 2021. For nearly four decades, under Sharon's guidance, ROI has supported the needs of hundreds of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families with high-quality, person-centered care throughout Mid-Michigan. ROI's current Directors include the Clinical Director of Residential Services, Dominique Miller, M.Ed., LMSW, BCBA, LBA, two Assistant Clinical Directors of ABA Services, Laura Tatroe, LMSW, BCBA, LBA and Kelley Bailey M.Ed., LMSW, BCBA, Director of Human Resources & Compliance, Jonathan Fredericks, Assistant Director of Human Resources & Compliance Shauna Soergel, MPH, and Director of Finance, Michael Kendrick, MS.
