About the role
The Hispanic Outreach Minister is responsible for engaging and supporting the Hispanic community within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase Hispanic participation in organizational events and initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure culturally sensitive communication and programming.
- Facilitate community engagement activities that promote inclusivity and diversity.
- Monitor and report on Hispanic outreach efforts and their impact on organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hispanic Studies, Sociology, or related field.
- Experience working with diverse communities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Knowledge of Hispanic cultural norms and customs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
