Hispanic Outreach Minister

About the role

The Hispanic Outreach Minister is responsible for engaging and supporting the Hispanic community within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase Hispanic participation in organizational events and initiatives.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure culturally sensitive communication and programming.
• Facilitate community engagement activities that promote inclusivity and diversity.
• Monitor and report on Hispanic outreach efforts and their impact on organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hispanic Studies, Sociology, or related field.
• Experience working with diverse communities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Knowledge of Hispanic cultural norms and customs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
