About the role
The Middle Eastern Outreach Minister is responsible for engaging and supporting communities in the Middle East through various outreach initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage local communities
- Collaborate with local partners to organize events and activities
- Provide spiritual guidance and support to community members
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in the Middle Eastern region
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Theology, Missiology, or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in ministry or community engagement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel internationally

- Experience working with diverse populations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Effective public speaking and preaching skills
- Proficiency in multiple languages (Arabic, Farsi, etc.) is a plus

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
