Minister of Youth & Outreach

Main Street Baptist Church in Greenfield, Missouri, is seeking a Full-Time Youth & Outreach Minister to join a growing church with a mission to reach and disciple the community with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The church is a body of believers who love the Lord, His word, and His children, striving to please Him in all they do. They affirm the 2000 Baptist Faith and Message (BFM) and are active in their local association and the Missouri Baptist Convention.

About the Role

This position involves coming alongside the church to minister to youth and lead outreach efforts in Greenfield, a small community located 45 miles west of Springfield, Missouri. The church has a diverse and growing congregation, excited about the work God is doing and will continue to do in the coming years.

Responsibilities

• Minister to and disciple youth within the church and community.
• Develop and lead outreach initiatives to share the Gospel and grow the church’s impact.
• Collaborate with the church body to foster spiritual growth and unity.
