Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
- Provide companionship and meaningful social engagement
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment
- Follow individualized service plans and complete required documentation accurately
- Communicate professionally with clients, family members, and the Sharp Home Care office team
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in home care, caregiving, healthcare, assisted living, or a related field preferred
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
