About the role

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Business Analyst Training & Placement Program. This opportunity is designed for entry level candidates and professionals with up to five years of experience who are interested in building a successful career in Business Analysis. Participants will receive comprehensive training, gain hands-on experience through real-world projects, and receive placement assistance with clients across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Aid in translating business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), process flows, and user stories.
  • Support business process analysis and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, developers, testers, and project managers.
  • Participate in requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Absorb User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and validation of system enhancements.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for business stakeholders.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • 0-5 years of professional experience (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of Business Analysis concepts and SDLC/Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with SQL for basic data querying.
  • Exposure to Tableau, Power BI, or other Business Intelligence tools.
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Microsoft Project.
  • Experience with process modeling or data visualization is an advantage.
