  • 4 years of relevant experience
  • Plumbing, Licensed High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of experience
  • Certification in relevant field
  • - Valid Journeyman or Maintenance Plumbing License
• Plumber:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of experience
  • Certification in relevant field
  • - Valid Journeyman or Maintenance Plumbing License
• Electrician:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • License or Certification in relevant field
  • - Journeymen’s license or Master Electrician
• HVAC Mechanic:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of HVAC trade school
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Journeyman or Maintenance Mechanical license in HVAC
• Maintenance Lead - HVAC:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent/relevant experience, certification or license
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Maintenance Mechanic:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of relevant experience
