About the role
As a Teacher at Child Development Schools, you'll help create classrooms filled with discovery, creativity, learning, and joy. Whether serving as a Lead Teacher or Assistant Teacher, you'll help children build confidence, curiosity, kindness, and a lifelong love of learning while working alongside a supportive leadership team committed to providing high-quality early childhood education. You will serve as a trusted partner to families, a positive role model for children, and an important member of a collaborative teaching team dedicated to making every day engaging, nurturing, safe, and fun.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging learning experiences for Infants, Toddlers, Preschool, or School Age children
- Foster a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Support children's developmental milestones
- Maintain classroom documentation and licensing standards
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership
Pay
- Assistant Teachers: $13.00–$15.00 per hour
- Lead Teachers: $15.00–$18.00 per hour
- $400 sign-on bonus for eligible employees
